Don Benson, PE

Don has worked as a consultant, manager, coach, and university instructor for over 35 years, focusing on management and operations performance.  He participated in and led many of the early development and implementation Warehouse Management Systems projects, and recently has been assisting organizations to improve and sustain the benefits of these systems.  

Ed Knab, PhD

Dr. Knab's 30 year professional career has been focused on the expansion of global supply chains.  Dr. Knab was an early adopter, responsible for the decision to purchase and the project to implement a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in the early 1980's, and has studied their evolution over his career.  Ed earned his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. He has authored ​​​​​​​​​​numerous books and articles regarding the implications of globalization in the 21st century.
